A HEAD'S UP ABOUT THE CHARACTER

Mun does not equal muse. I am not like Sookie in any way. Her dialogue and actions do not reflect my own personal feelings. Mun ≠ muse.

She is a mind reader, but I have no intentions of god modding and intentionally having Sookie know what your character is thinking without you giving me permission to know first.

ABOUT THE MUN

-My name is Christina and I am 24 years old. SHE/HERE. EST timezone. I like to think of myself as a friendly person, albeit a shy one, but please don't be shy about interacting with me.

-I implore you to come into my im any time you wanna chat or plot. Just be aware that I do work and have a lot going on, so I won't be able to get to your messages right away though I am in no way trying to ignore you.

ANON & ASKS

-My ask box is open to everyone, but I ask you to please be respectful. You can send me memes, questions, or comments any time you want. I do not respond to anon hate or any type of offensive material. It will not be responded to or acknowledged, just deleted.

FORMATTING

-My standard formatting is 70x70 icons and small font. I tend to follow the flow of my partner's writing, so if you're going to be iconless then so will I, for example.

-One liners are good for starting off a thread but I love growing from there. If you want to write a novel for a reply then I implore it. I come from rpgs where you wrote long replies and it's something I love and miss.

-YOU DO NOT NEED TO MATCH MY FORMAT OR LENGTH OF A REPLY EVER. Sometimes I can get carried away and turn a few sentences into a few paragraphs for my own reply. You don't need to force yourself to do the same. That being said, if I take the time to write a reply that's more than a few sentences, I would appreciate some effort being put into your own reply, meaning please give me more than one sentence of action and/or dialogue. It just gives me something better to work off of.

GODMODDING

-Please do not control the actions of my character. Unless I wrote it, it did not happen.

INTERACTIONS & FOLLOWING

-I am not a mutuals only blog, but that being said I am a selective one. For me this means that I have the right to write with who I want to. Some blogs do make me uncomfortable and the last thing any of us need in the rpc is to force ourselves to write with blogs that make us feel this way. It's nothing personal. Everyone is free to like my starter calls, reply to my starters, and send me memes.

-Roleplaying is not a chore. Roleplayers are not robots here to spit out replies as quickly as you give them to use. We are here to have fun. Sometimes I can reply to things immediately, sometimes it might take me a bit of time. If you want to give me a nudge please don't hesitate, but please don't constantly harrass me about replying to things.

-I don't tend to unfollow blogs very often, and there are a few reasons why I would. One reason would be that your blog has gone inactive for several months without explanation. I'm pretty lax on this as I know we all have lives and sometimes disappear, so I do give it times. Another reason, and this is a big one, is triggering content that someone may post. If I see any racism, incest, rape, or Nazi content I will be unfollowing. It disgusts me and I won't have that on my dash.

-Please have a rules page and an about page ( specifically for ocs ) or I may not be so keen on writing with you. I do write with everyone - canons, ocs, multis, and sideblogs.

SHIPPING & RELATIONSHIPS

-CHEMISTRY FIRST. I do not ship just for the sake of throwing two characters together and collecting all of the ships that I can. If there is no chemistry there and/or I'm just not feeling it, then I don't want to ship it. Please don't take this personally. Sometimes two characters just don't click and that's okay.

-Sookie dated a few characters on the show, but that does not mean that if I interact with muses portraying those characters that I am automatically going to assume we are going to ship them together. Again, chemistry.

-Do not force a ship on me. Discuss it with me if you feel like we could ship and do not push me if I say that I am not feeling it.

SMUT WARNING

-IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 I WILL NOT SMUT WITH YOU. It is illegal and to be honest, it just makes me plain uncomfortable. I am over the age of 18 so legally I can write smut if it comes to that.

MAIN VERSE.
Think of this as a free verse where Sookie is mainly set in canon. I mostly play her after season seven but am willing and wanting to go back to any other season. Two and four are my favorites so those are most definitely welcome with their plots. Because she is a half a faerie, she only has two real powers to use when she wants - telepathy and her light power. Any relationships developed in this verse are independent from any others unless discussed (or used as crack threads).

EYES ON FIRE.
There was once sunlight that filled Sookie Stackhouse, but it was all snuffed out when Warlow fulfilled his promise to turn her into the monster that he was. His wish was to drink from her when he pleased, fuck her whenever he wanted...own her instead of love her for eternity like he had manipulated her into believing. This verse is very flexible. Sometimes Warlow turned her but was then killed by Jason and Niall, leaving her alone to figure out becoming a vampire with a dead maker. Sometimes Warlow is alive and Sookie resents what he has done for her and hates him, wanting to get away from him.

I WISH I WAS THE MOON
[X]After everything that Sookie has been through, she finally has a clear mind and knows what she wants in life. More importantly, who she wants in life. That would be Eric Northman. Their history is too strong to ignore, and her feelings are out of control. Sookie is now happily married to her best friend, protector, and soul mate, Eric Northman, and is living in Paris with their daughter, Emelie.

CHILD VERSE.
[X]Sookie Stackhouse is a little girl in this verse, and can take place at any point in her childhood. It can take place during the time her parents are alive and have a strained relationship with her, or after they die and she and Jason are brought to live with Gran. Her time there as a child is dark as well with her uncle who has unconfortable thoughts about his great niece. She is learning about her telepathic ability that she does not understand, and is quite shy and isolated compared to when she is older and is more outspoken.

TEENAGE VERSE.
Sookie Stackhouse knows there is more to her than meets the eye. She's not just a human, but she doesn't know what she is yet. Just a mind reading freak living among other normal students in school. She attaches herself to other outcasts easily to feel normal herself. Most of these outcasts include werewolves and ghosts. Her light easily attracts to darkness, that being a reason as to why. Because I like playing her as a teenager, I venture into other fandoms that mostly contain them, such as Teen Wolf, Hemlock Grove, and American Horror Story even. I play Sookie as that she is new in town, needing a change.
AMERICAN GODS.
A faerie in a world full of gods and leprechauns. What more could you want out of this?

GOTHAM.
Sookie Stackhouse was born a telepath and now is sought out by various characters in Gotham City, using her for her ability to get into other people's minds. But nothing comes without a price in Gotham.

HEROES.
In this universe, Sookie is a telepath and involves herself in protect the world from the future that Peter Petrelli sees and is trying to stop. She reaches out to Parkman to help with her ability, learning that she can not only read minds but control them.
MOB VERSE.
This verse is exclusive to liqhtshow. Sookie is a small town southern girl working in a bar where she is mistreated by her boss. When she finds out that he isn't paying back the mob that loaned him money, she works it out with the leader of the mob - Kirk Bradshow - to get back his money and get out of working for this pig. Little does she know that "getting into bed with the mob" is literal for her when she finds herself falling in love with Kirk.

UNTITLED VERSE WITH UNHOLYHUNTER
This verse is exclusive to unholyhunter. Sam has been in Sookie's life for quite a while and because he can trust her the way that he does, he believes it's time to bring his daughter Zoie around. Quickly Sookie becomes the mother figure in this little girl's life.

She told her in detail about her girl flora, who she still believed that Sookie would have loved to meet. She told her of how floras hair, it flowed all the way to the floor and she would never cut it. she told her how flora felt sympathy for humans and didn’t want to harm them. she was the first humane vampire cristi ever knew. the best of the worst, just like Sookie.

ABILITIES
As Sookie is only a half-faerie, her abiltiies are limited, but around other faeries they can become strengthened, or even she can strengthen their own.

❀Telepathy: Sookie can only read the minds of humans, shape-shifters, werewolves, faeries, and witches. Creatures that are technically dead such as vampires or celestial beings she cannot read. Sometimes telepathy doesn't just extend to reading thoughts, but seeing mental images as well, memories included.

❀Photokinesis: The power of photokinesis is light manipulation, where one can project and control light and magical energy. They can channel nature through their body and project it in a concentrated and powerful blast of light which seems to manifest as magical energy or a kinetic force, conclusively throwing or repelling objects a considerable distance.

❀Her blood: When vampires drink enough of a faerie, nearly killing them to be exact, their blood will allow them to walk in the sunlight for a limited time.

CHILDHOOD
Sookie Stackhouse was born on May 24, 1983 to Michelle or Corbett Stackhouse. She had an older brother that adored her and she looked up to him just the same. Living in Bon Temps, Louisiana, their family didn't have much money and from time to time had to borrow money from Corbett's mother, Adele Stackhouse. Sookie began presenting signs of something her family considered abnormal. Telepathy. She could read everyone's minds easily. Frightened by this, her parents sent her to a child psychitrist that asured them she just read body language very well. Because of this newfound gift, Sookie wasn't able to concentrate very well in school.

Though smart, proved through her grades, she was diagnosed with ADHD. Her mother knew that wasn't the case and denied giving her any prescription medication to help her with it. Everyone at school thought that the crazy girl who seemed to be a know-it-all, and didn't like hanging around her. Thankfully her best friend since childhood, Tara Thornton, always had her back. The girls were more like sisters than anything else.

When Sookie was seven years old, her parents died in a car accident - a flash flood. Little did she know that she had actually been drugged and put in the trunk of the car. Her parents planned on taking her to a lake and drowning her after they found out the truth about what she was by a vampire-faerie hybrid named Warlow, who had a contract to marry and turn her when she was of age. On their way there, Warlow murdered them and was going to take Sookie when her godmother stepped in and saved her from her fate.

Gran's brother began to come over frequently to help Adele out with taking care of Sookie and Jason after their death. He would help with homework, take them to the park, and make them lunch after school. Bartlett began to pay more attention to Sookie. The telepath read his thoughts, thinking how creepy they sounded. Bartlett began molesting Sookie. She described it as "just touching" and not as bad as other girls got either. She began hiding from him when he would come around and when Gran found out about everything, she kicked Bartlett out and never spoke to him again.

I'M A FAERIE? HOW FUCKIN' LAME.
Sookie was working at Merlotte's when she met Bill Compton, a vampire that she immediately fell in love with. Love at first sight, it was called. During this time there was a serial killer going around murdering fangbangers, and her brother had been set up for the murders of the women involved. Sookie was still coming to terms with her relationship with Bill when Gran had been murdered by the same serial killer who was coming after her. The grief of losing one of the only people who ever meant anything to her caused her to be wracked with guilt and loneliness. Sookie went to Bill and had a romantic night of losing her virginity with him. This cemented their relationship. The two were together for many months. Bill had even helped her discover what she was after he nearly killed her by consuming large quantities of her blood and ending up into another realm.

Her godmother was there and told him that she was a faerie. He gave the news to Sooie, who thought she was only more of a freak than she realized. However she now knew why she was so vulnerable to being hurt. Her blood was addictive to vampires and could be killed easily for that. She needed to protect herself. During this time of discovery, Eric Northman, Sheriff of Area 9 in Louisiana, had been trying to win Sookie's affections. He fell for her the moment she had stepped into his bar, and had been trying to claim her as his own. Finally he could not bite back his tongue anymore. After Bill had nearly killed Sookie and kept so many secrets from her, he had to tell her the truth. Bill had bent sent by Queen Sophie-Anne of Louisiana to procure her. She suspected that she was a faerie and planned to use her blood as a sun lotion, if you will. Bill had made the mistake of falling in love with Sookie and worked hard to keep the truth from her while protecting her all the same.

Angry by this deceit, Sookie broke up with Bill. She ended up being found by Claudine, her godmother, and taken to the faerie realm. Although there for fifteen minutes at most, a year on the mortal plane had passed and she had missed so much. She tried to get back into the swing of things, but a witch had just put an amnesia spell on Eric. The two began falling for each other, and soon Sookie and Eric were spending nights with each other - sex, kissing, and protecting each other from the witch's grasps. Shrtly after his memory returned, Sookie realized she was in love with both him and Bill. Instead of leading them both on, she ended it all together.

SAVING TARA
The night that Sookie had broken up with Eric and Bill, she came home to find Debbie Pelt waiting for her, thinking she was having an affair with Alcide behind her back. Though she wasn't, the werewolf was a V addict on edge. Just as she pulled the trigger, Tara jumped in front of the bullet, which nearly killed her. Sookie in turn killed Debbie. Pam had come around at the right moment where she agreed to turn Tara to save her and in exchange, Sookie would help her win Eric back after he had banished her from nearly getting Sookie killed againt his orders. Tara had turned into a vampire but had been very pissed at what she had become. She blamed Sookie and Lafayette for getting her turned and didn't talk to them for the longest time. Sookie found out about her contract with Warlow at this time, while she discovered her independence without men in her life where she could be strong with a clear mind without them. Eric, Tara, and Nora suddenly needed Sookie's help in bringing Bill back after he had consumed too much of Lilith's blood and thought he would become some sort of God if he drank the rest of the vile. Unfortunately he was too far gone for her to reach, calling Sookie an abomination. He drank the vile and turned into an even more immortal monster - Bllith.

Bill, believing he was God, agreed to leave Sookie alone, saying that he wa dead to her, and she was fine with that. It was then that she met another faerie calling himself Ben Flynn, who was trying to win Sookie's affections. It was beginning to work until she found out who he really was. Warlow. He had been trying to prove to her that he had good intentions, wanting her to be his and they could spend their life together, feeding from each other and loving each other. Both of them protected and untouchable. Sookie didn't want this fate and had done her best to avoid it until Warlow's true colors showed. He was getting ready to turn her until her family and friends saved her. Her Great Uncle Niall threw and locked him back inside of the portal prison he had escaped from to find her. Meanwhile Bill had turned back into his regular vampire self when he saved vampires from burning in the sun when they consumed his blood.

TIMES ARE CHANGING
A virus spreading through the consumption of Tru Blood began spreading, called the Hep-V virus. Vampires could only drink from clean sources, if they weren't infected already. Sookie was trying to save her friends from thee vampires when they had been ambushed by humans trying to exterminate anything supernatural. The only casualty was her boyfriend of the last six months, Alcide. Knowing Bill needed to feed, she offered her blood to him, unaware her blood was now infected by the virus. She gave it to him, but because of her faerie blood, it had taken him over quicker than it normally would for vampires. Eric had been infected as well, but found out that Sarah Newlin was the cure. When he found out that Bill was infected, he promised to help, but Bill (who had just rekindled his relationship with Sookie) rejected it, thinking that his life was over now, and him dying would allow Sookie to move on with a normal, human life as well. Sookie had been there in the end with him, staking him at last and realizing she had finally accepted what she was - a faerie. And she was proud of it.
